Exchange and return policy

Returns are not accepted at our website, But we ensure you that we go to the last mile to keep our customers satisfied, for that we have parts exchange policy. If you have received any damaged or defected part we will replace that specific part(s).

• Exchanges are only applicable for part(s) of the product and not the whole product. 
• Exchange requests are only eligible within 10 days after the date of delivery for the product. If 10 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately your request won't be eligible for authorization.

Parts of the product will be eligible for exchange if:

• The part received is damaged or defective. (very minor scraches or similar wear which occures in production or transport process is not considered defect or damage)
• The part is not as described on the site in terms of size (for over on under 1 inch), features and color is totally diffrent.
• Slight color variation from website image. (please understand color in images may slighty vary due to screen configration and lighting during product shoot.)
• The part differs from the mentioned size on the site for above or under 1 inch.

To complete your exchange we require few things from your side:

• Pictures in case of tempered, damaged, defective part received.
• We need you to put the part in safe packaging so that it dose not get damaged in transit from your location to our warehouse.
• We will need upto a week's time to arrange for the reverse pickup.
• Once the part is received by us, we will inspect it and then ship you the replacement part if applicable. We assure you that will will complete the whole process as promptly as possible for us.
